Sustainability & Ethics
Our continuing goal is to reduce our negative impact on the environment and increase sustainability in all areas of our brand. Sustainable practice is a constant work-in-progress, and a core tenet in our ethos.
An example of this would be in our branded long and short sleeve tees which are manufactured solely using renewable green energy and made from 100% organic cotton. These styles are part of the Better Cotton Initiative (bettercotton.org)
To help offset our carbon footprint, we donate monthly to forestcarbon.co.uk and our Northumberland HQ is powered using a sustainable energy supplier.
To reduce carbon emissions further where possible we prioritise sea shipping over air to import oversea production.
Our goals are to only use biodegradable and compostable mailers; to strive to reduce excessive packaging and to replace with recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible.
We also aim to increase the use of sustainable and recycled fabrics in our future production.
Our goods are currently manufactured in the UK, China, Portugal, Turkey and Morocco.
These are checked and vetted production facilities, as social welfare is the top of our agenda.
To support this we regularly visit our manufacturers and are in daily communication with them throughout the production process.
We only use false or recycled leather in our current and future products.
Our chosen charities are Amnesty International and Save the Children which we support with monthly donations.
