"I was pretty excited when I saw the denim version and it does not disappoint. It looks so good and I love how versatile this jacket is going to be. It’s great quality too and I do kind of like that the buttons are actual buttons rather than snap ons. I feel like it gives it a bit of a better look, but I will say that they were HARD to unbutton the first time. I’m thinking that may get easier with time but if not, still worth it lol."

"Disturbia used to be great quality, but it's really gone down hill over the past few years. I was originally drawn to it because of its "sustainable fashion" claims, but now I'm not sure how true that is. Recently, I bought a denim jacket from them because I wanted a lighter coat for the warmer weather (I only have a puffer atm). The jacket arrived in great time and all the packaging was in good condition. Everything was going well until I actually opened it. Now I don't know a lot about clothes dye, but I'm sure a new product isn't meant to smell like industrial waste right out of the packaging. It also arrived with some odd looking stones in the pockets which was really weird. I put it in the wash immediately and left it to dry outside, but even after this, the jacket still smells. Currently, it's sat on my kitchen table where it has been for the last week while I figure out what to do with it. I can't return it because I took the label off, and I don't want to throw it away because that is super wasteful. But I also don't want to sell it or even give it away knowing that it smells kinda gross (that just feels mean). It's not just this order. The last few item I've received from Disturbia have been a bit disappointing, either in terms of sizing or quality, so, as much as I love the new-age witchy vibe it has going on, I'm not sure I'll be ordering from Disturbia again."

"If you've ever bought black denim before, you know what I mean when I say it STINKS. This jacket had/has a strong sulfur smell from the dye. It has diminished to a wearable state after soaking in vinegar overnight, and washing several times in laundry disinfectant/oxyclean with air drying. The smell does come back a little over time though. Up to you if you want to put in the effort for this jacket."
