Y'all lied about the sizing or I got a faulty item

"There were loads of reviews here that said that the jacket is HUGE and needed to be sized down like 2 or 3 sizes. I ordered the size 20 and it says the the size chart that the bust will be 140cm. Looking at that I'd believe you all. However when I received the jacket today, I immediately noticed that it's TINY. I had to check the tag, but it does say size 20. The jacket looks like it will fit a child. I measured the bust and it's 110cm. I don't think 30 centimeters can be put under hand measuring error. Needless to say I was disappointed, the chart is lying and I wouldn't have bought it if I knew that the actual measure is 110cm."

Super small!

"After reading the reviews I ordered my size and expected it to be oversized. I was super disapointed when I realised I could‘nt even put it on properly. It was WAY too small. Even my mom, who‘s smaller than me, could barely wear it. Also the size chart for this item says 140cm around the chest. I’m around 122cm and there was like a 20cm gap. Comepletely impossible to close it. Don’t know what went wrong here, but this jacket is super small. Very sad."
