"Looked lovely but not suitable for anyone with a slightly larger neck, tried it on on its loosest setting and I was unable to remove it, had to rip it off as it started to choke, and I'm not the largest lady around"

"Looks nice but one of the clasp links broke the instant I tried to put it on and I wasn't even handling it roughly. The metal is soft and pliable so I was able to reattach it and close the link, but also that means it'll likely break again. I expected the 'gems' to feel cheap given the price, but still need it to function as a necklace!"
