Great sweater but embroidery quality is poor

"The first one of these sweaters I received was returned because I thought it had been stitched inside-out! The stitching on the inside looked SO much better than the outside! Then, I received another one--same thing (actually, technically in poorer condition). I guess that's just the way this item is embroidered. :( That being said, the sweater fabric itself is super comfortable and warm and I will keep it as a house sweater, although some of the embroidery threads are already coming loose."
