"It hits at a very awkward spot on 6'1" legs. It also doesn't have any closures, so the fit isn't as tight as I'd want it to be, especially at the waist. The bust and hips are pretty true to size. The quality is good, but it just didn't fit me right."
"I absolutely love this dress. The only heads up is if you’re on the shorter side (I’m 5’2” and 130 lbs. ) it will basically go to the floor and because of the embroidery, you can only hem it about 1/2” inch up so either be prepared for that or make sure to wear with heels or platforms. Additionally, I ended up exchanging it and sized down 1 size on this dress, partially in hopes it might be a little bit shorter (it was not) but it was still a great fit even with having a bit of a tummy because of it being made of stretch velvet."
"the dress and is very beautiful and it fit very well! i love the embroidery details. it is stretchy and comfortable. my only criticism is the dress is not lined, so it is slightly thin. be sure to wear something underneath if this is an issue for you."
"This could definitely be particular to different body shapes, but if you have a wider hip/chest size and a smaller waist (or vice versa), then I do think you can definitely size down. I usually wear size 20 in dresses, but the stretch of this one helps with my wide hips and bigger chest and would still do so if I'd changed out for a size 18. It still has enough pull in that it would compliment my figure better if I'd sized down."
"Beautiful dress & the quality feels great but i got my measurements & then bought the next size down & it’s still not as fitted as i’d hoped. the material stretches so i’d recommend maybe going down 2 sizes if you want it to be fitted. also i wish the adjustable straps were better because it always ruins the look of nice dresses when the straps get all twisted & it looks cheap."
"Ordered the size 16 which is my normal UK size but was too big. Love the fact that instead of just returning they offer exchanges. Down sized to a 14 and fits like a glove. Very flattering and you can dress it up or down. First time ordering from this site after lurking for months and already have 4 more dresses in the basket ready for payday! Definitely going to be my go to for dresses now."
"I first ordered it in a size 18. But due to my wide hips and small bust I had a big gap on my back. After that I ordered it in a size 16 and it got delivired super fast. It fits very nicely now, the fabric is super stretchy and it feels very high quality"
