"The bust is a little big but that's my problem with every dress, so if you're smaller up top prepare to wear a super padded bra to help fill it out. After my vacation I'll probably take this to get professionally altered but a temporary fix is a padded bra. Besides that, the sleeves aren't too tight around the arms, the waist feels secure, and the length is good. The material doesn't feel cheap and the lace lines up at the seams. I'm 5'5 140lbs and ordered a US 4"
