"I ordered one size down (normally US 4 and bought a 2), and the fit was comfy and flattering. I still had some extra room, so I styled it with a wide waist belt. It looks great with a lace trim tank underneath and long lace gloves. I was worried it would be a hot, stiff velvet material. I was surprised to find that it was actually comfortable and more lightweight than I thought. I kind of wish it had pockets, but I really like the dress overall. I’d like to see more dresses in this style."

"It's a really pretty dress, but the lace on mine was kinda sewn a little off. I was able to fix it but that's why I gave it 4 stars. Also follow the size guide when ordering. I ordered a size larger to fit the girls but I should've just gotten my regular size. I wear a US 38H and they are very contained. If you have a shorter torso the triangle of fabric under the breast line might look weird without a belt or harness"
