A Very Pretty Skirt

"The fabric is thicker than I expected, which is nice, I was worried it might be to thin. I got the skirt to wear to an event and the pattern makes me smile. It looks so sweet and first and gets more interesting the more you look which it the type of thing I LOVE. There is a slight issue though I am going to have to have the waist taken in. My waist to hip measurement differs more than average, so the waist had to be a bit too big so the skirt will fit comfortably over my hips. The waist is even larger than I expected though, and there is such a gap that to be able to wear it to the event it needs to be adjusted."

"I'm obsessed. I bought my normal size 6 and it fits perfectly, as usual. What I love about this skirt is that there's plenty of stretch in the shirring of the waist so you don't have to worry about the buttons gaping open. The fabric is very soft and flowy and I adore the print. It's fun to look at and it's unique. I'm buying a dress in the same print I love it so much."

"Motif magnifique. Tissu agréable et léger pour l’été. La coupe tombe très bien. Je met une étoile en moins pour le manque de soin des coutures : une couture cassée sur l’ourlet du bas (il manquait 2 cm de couture). Et la jupe a globalement été mal assemblée au niveau de la boutonnière , il y a un décalage de 0,5cm entre le le côté gauche et le côté droit. Vraiment dommage pour le prix, on s’attend à mieux."

Extremely pretty to look at

". . . mildly problematic to wear. Despite the size 34 being too large in the waist (had to make adjustments so the skirt didn't fall to my hips), the placement of the buttons causes some trouble (when you sit down, there are, hmm, unflattering holes between the buttons on the waist). Easily fixed with either safety pins or small hooks, though. But! Be mindful not to wear the skirt with white blouses or underwear, at least until it has been washed twice. There's something about the dye that makes everything the skirt touches a tad purple."

"I bought the larger size but could have gone down a couple of sizes because the elastic at the back is very generous. This suits me very well because of my new body shape at the front. The skirt drapes well and the fabric is so pretty. I am looking forward to wearing it. I would say to get your usual size or maybe one size smaller."
