"Looks good but buttons fell multiple times, I had to send it back twice as the buttons got lost (amazing that they actually replace it!). Then it happened again - thankfully I noticed and found the button and had to saw it back on. Now I never button this coat just in case. The material also gets worn down quickly not looking as nice, even though I’ve not even washed it."
"I bought a 20 because it was the only size left, and it was on sale with a big reduction. I would have gone for an 18 – sizing up from a 16/18 for outer wear – so I had doubts but it's turned out ok. It's big & roomy in the way I like a winter coat to be. Fine for fitting in my hoodie, big scarf and even my bag. It's very warm and I like it very much. However, the buttons keep coming off. They all popped and a friend, who is a very good sewer, got the second set on again. Then it was pop, pop again! I was able to save some but not sure how to put them back on again if they're just going to come loose again. Not sure what the problem is with them, given that the coat is big on me."
"I took this to Europe with me. It went great with my outfits and kept me warm UNTIL the 3 of the buttons fell off. Luckily I was able to save them but that felt me in the cold. The inside small button was able to keep somewhat closed. Love the aesthetics of this coat! The buttons were a great touch however, they aren’t functional for traveling."
"I’m 5’3”-5’4” and i got a US6. I’m usually a 4 but i wanted mor room for sweaters. it fits great and has room for layering. the material is is very high quality and it’s very warm!"
"Stylish coat, but the fit was really off. Very wide in both the body and the sleeves, but the sleeves were also about 4 inches too short for my arms. Ended up returning. The coat was also pretty thin, so likely wouldn’t have been super warm despite the wool content."
"For reference im 5’8”, 200lbs. My regular size is 14 US. In Disturbia I’m a 12 US. I ordered this coat in size 12 and I think my ideal size would’ve been a 10 (still having space for sweaters underneath). Also it reaches mid calf for me, so it’s quite long. I will keep this one because I don’t want to go through the hassle of exchanging it. Overall it’s a beautiful, heavy and sturdy coat. The buttons are very nice and unique. If you’re on the hunt for a nice coat I would recommend it but be wary of sizing and length. Also it’s a tad itchy on the neck but that’s to be expected with wool for me."
"Don't get me wrong, I love this coat. I've never purchased a brand new coat before ( I typically thrift coats/jackets or get hand-me-downs), but it was my birthday so I decided to treat myself. This coat is literally everything, it's a decent wool blend and is SO warm. I wore it in about 20 degree weather and it really did it's job in terms of style and functionality. It's so cute, the fit is perfect and it's so heavy and warm. My only complaint is it seems the buttons, although a statement on the coat, were not sewn on well? I wore this coat once and literally all the buttons fell off while I was standing in line at the grocery store and I'm so glad I heard them. But now I have to find someone to sew them back on and can't wear my coat until then since it's so cold out and it's not very useful if you cannot button it. A minor inconvenience for someone who cannot sew, but I feel like I shouldn't have to be trying to pay someone to sew buttons back on on a brand new coat that cost a bit shy of $200 after one use."
"I’m so incredibly happy with this coat! I bought a size 12, usually am a size 14/16 and it fits perfect! Almost could size down. But the coat is made very well, heavy duty and really flattering."
"I really liked this coat and when I got the chance to purchase it at discount, I was really happy. I got a size 14, usually the one I wear for most of my clothes. Some Disturbia dresses I own look ok on me. Some tight, some roomy. But this coat it's just something that could not fit me in any way. If you are under 165 cm (5 ft 4) it will almost reach your ankles, so don't expect it to look like shown. Also, the sleeves are too long, they reached half my palms and could not be folded since the fabric is wool blend and quite (but pleasantly) stiff. Also, I am pear shaped so it was unusually large on shoulders and hanged strangely. I have other oversized clothes but I had problems with this one. In the end, I had to return it. I do not advise you to buy if you are on the shorter or petite size. Just choose another Disturbia design that will fit you better."
"Couldn't recommend. The quality is great and the coat looks amazing but one button fell off the first day and another one three days later. I have to sew them back myself."
