great coat but brooch is flimsy
"The coat is lovely - warm and cosy and looks expensive. It is the perfect just-above-boot length for me (I'm 5'8). Unfortunately the brooch is really flimsy; after only a few weeks of occasional wear, the web charm has fallen off and one side of the chain has come loose. Hence only 4 stars."

"The coat is nice. Seems very warm, and it is definitely oversized. I am not dissatisfied with the quality and fit of the coat. However, the brooch that my coat arrived with is not the one shown in the product photos. I love spiders, and was specifically excited for the spider and web brooch. The brooch that the coat arrived with has mushrooms instead. Since my vibe is more creepy and less cottage core, I will likely replace the brooch or just remove it entirely. For the price, I was expecting the product to be accurate to the photos. I am disappointed. If you don’t care what random brooch they decide to send with this item then go for it, the coat will keep you warm."
My favourite coat!
"I originally ordered size UK 8 but it was too big. I returned and exchanged for size UK 6 (which was a very easy process) and within 2 days I received a new coat. The new coat is very sligthly damaged/thinned out next to the right pocket, but it is barely noticable. As the coat is oversized I recommend to buy one size smaller than your usual size. Other than that, I am loving this coat, it looks very nice and feels warm enough in winter weather."

"Really good quality coat. The brooch is lovely 🖤🕷🕸 although it came backwards. I just had to change it to the other side of the coat. I sized down to 16 (instead of 18) , but it was still a bit longer than I wanted : lenght arms, shoulders, lenght on legs. Just a bit, so I keep it, because I can wear it this way too. If someday I want the red one, I would prefer to size down to size 14 😉"
