"The design is great but quality control is lacking. Went to put it on the wall and the silver oval piece that you hook onto a nail fell off and I had to superglue it back on. Then discovered that it doesn’t hang straight and is wonky. Had to put some blu tack behind to keep in place. See photos."
"I loved this when it arrived it was perfect. Within 5 minutes of hanging this in the wall it fell off and broke. The metal hanging plate came away from the head and the head dropped off and broke. I managed to super glue it back together but every time I see it I can see the damage."
"Stunning piece, weighty & visually beautiful. Only inconvenient thing is it arrived with the back part broken off so we had to go out to buy superglue to stick it back on. Appears to have been packed broken which is disappointing but love the piece regardless"
"I m a bit disappointed by the quality of the item. I had to ask for an exchange because the item was damaged and the new item was damaged as well"
"Very well made and great size . Looks great on my wall. Very pleased with it"
"I haven't received the product."
"Loved this so much I brought another as a gift for a loved one My only gripe is on both the fixings on the back we’re not glued in place but altogether a beautiful object"
"Beautiful Medusa"
"Beautiful looking artwork but is so heavily weighted to one side it’s very difficult to hang straight with the single central option provided."
"Great quality, nicely defined"
