Disappointing sleeve fit, but outstanding customer

"I was really looking forward to this top because the design is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the pattern design for the sleeves is defective—they are way too narrow and have no stretch at all, making it unwearable for me despite ordering my usual XS. ​On a positive note, I reached out to customer support and received a response right away. They kindly offered to refund the blouse in full, including the original delivery costs and the return shipping fees. I hope the refund goes through as promised! Great customer service for an otherwise disappointing item."

Sleeves too small!

"I read previous reviews and went one size up to a 38... the bodice part was comfortable, slightly too large. The sleeves however...I squeezed my arms into the sleeves and couldn't get them out! They are so tight and the material is not elasticated. Once I managed to remove myself from the blouse, I immediately returned it."

Arms are way too tight

"The bottom part of these arms do not fit even though they have a small amount of elastic. I am not overweight and these are so restrictive and uncomfortable that I will need to try to cutoff the bottom part of the arms and make this a short sleeved top. Very dissapointed. Ordered UK 10 and I weigh 58 kilos."

Tiny sleeves

"Barley got my arm through, it's supposed to sit above the elbow, I got stuck mid-forearm. And I don't have unusually big arms in any way. So size up, hopefully that'll help... Otherwise, it's really pretty."

Victorian fairytale

"Got this beauty to wear with my corset tops I got here and it does not disappoint it is perfect with all of em, it scratches the arms a bit but it's just my first time in it e. g when I first tried it on it tode ip yo my bra a lot but wearing it for this evening with my corset it's normal just a little sharp on the mid/elbow part of the arms but I'm not taking stars off for that coz it is still a perfect fit and very beautiful on me too."
