"The first one of these broke in transit, but customer service was stellar and sent me out a replacement one without any issue. My only small complaint is that the cloche is glued shut. So the one that broke -- there really is no easy way to open it and reattach the leg, so he'll just have to live his best life as a five-legged friend instead."

"The first one arrived broken. Weirdly, the glass was fine but one of the beetle legs had snapped off inside the jar. The glass is glued in place, so there's no fixing the beetle if it breaks. Thankfully, Disturbia was excellent about replacing it. Very prompt, and I appreciate the good customer service. So I personally think this piece is worth the potential risk of it breaking in transit. It looks amazing on my shelf. But I thought I should warn folks all the same."
