"I was really surprised by how good the quality of this tote bag is! The material feels strong but not stiff like some tote bags can be, and it even arrived crease-free which I really appreciated. It’s such a nice size too, practical without being bulky. Absolutely love it!"

"Really disappointed with this. The fabric feels so cheap and flimsy. I received it as a gift with purchase but was more than happy to send it back with other items from my order when the items I was keeping wouldn’t meet the threshold for the gift. It’s a shame as this could have been a lovely, robust bag, but it is truly cheap rubbish."
