It's pretty but this is too big on waist/hips
"I'm short 5'2", my waist measures on average 28"-29" and my high hip is usually 34"-35". I could wear this skirt on my high hips but it's loose and at risk of falling down. I had to use a hair tie at the corner to keep it up. I wear a size 8 US so that's the size I chose and it's way too loose. It's a tripping hazard as is. Pretty but I would size down."
