"I bought two of these pillows, they come well packaged and very flat! So I separated the cover's from the pillow's and washed them separately on a 15 minute 30 degree wash and they've puffed up amazingly! They are lovely and supportive when I'm having my morning tea as they are very comfy and firm and haven't lost their plump at all after three weeks!"
