"The belt is good quality but the sizing is completely off. I ordered a L/M expecting it to match the sizes on the chart which is 24-36. My waist is a 34, so I expected it to fit perfectly. The wide part of the belt is off by a whole inch creating a gap at the tightest hole. It looks extremely wonky definitely does not fit like the picture. The only positive is that you can remove the smaller belt and wear it perfectly fine."

Overall great belt- but sizing isn't consistent
"I agree with the reviews regarding sizing- it is off, and, or, the dimensions are not consistent between the belts. The first belt I purchased was a M/L. The suede part fit just fine, however, the part that buckles was too big to where I would have had to punch holes to make it work. I exchanged the belt for a S/M and have the opposite issue. The suede part is not long enough and leaves a two inch gap, however, the part that buckles is perfect. Honestly, I am going to keep the S/M one rather than return it. No one else knows what the belt is supposed to look like, and with the buckle part fitting, it can appear that there is meant to be a gap, so I THINK I can pull it off. I did not have any issues in the exchange process and customer service was pleasant to deal with."

Bad Sizing, Worse Customer Service
"Belt was fine quality, but the sizing is incredibly strange. There's a massive actual size difference between the L/XL and the M/L which can make finding a belt that fits appropriately incredibly difficult. When I reached out to customer service to figure out if this was normal for their sizing or not, all I got was canned responses and the run around instead of someone actually giving me straight answers. The clothes are fine, but considering the price and the quality of service, I won't be shopping here more."
Lovely material but sizing was off
"I had to send this back - the M/L thin belt was perfect fit but the middle thick belt didn’t even reach around my waist! The next size up meant the thick belt would fit but the thin belt would be way too large to synch my waist!"
