Lovely dress but make sure you size up

"Lovely dress. Lovely neckline and it isn’t itchy with the mesh bit. Unfortunately is a bit on the smaller side. I normally wear a size 20 but couldn’t get it on so sized up to a 24 which fitted perfectly."

"Beautiful dress and very impactful, I never got to wear it as it was ordered for a weight loss goal dress(been doing so well past it before could wear it) it was sad but went to a good home and it looks stunning on them with Emilie Autumn style striped stockings and boots. Gorgeous little black dress

"Once on this dress is a dream. It's beautiful, soft, and looks lovely. After you get this dress over your head and carefully on, it's a perfect fit, but without a side zip it's tight pulling it on for the first few times, and it sounds like it's about to tear! It does loosen up, but still be careful pulling it over your shoulders and bust for a bit. I tried a size 12 and no way was it going on, so changed it for a 14. It definitely runs small. The colour did stain underarm, where it's not lined, but after a couple of washes it's fine. It's so pretty and is very flattering, really lovely shape!"

Manufacturing defect?

"The waist band is not elastic, which made it impossible for me to put the dress over my head and shoulders. There is also no zipper to make it easier."

No Zip, Runs small & can’t get over your shoulders/chest!?

"this dress runs small for one but also has no stretch, no zip and is then impossible to get on as you cant get it over your shoulders/chest due to the tight sinched waist area. it would likely fit figure hugging if it had a zip to actually get the thing on? and i can’t return it unless i want to pay a fortune as im in australia & no exchanges. pattern is nice, material seems breathable but flawed design."
