"I bought one of these, which arrived broken. Upon reporting this, customer service sent me a second one, no questions asked (thank you!!), but that also broke not long after. The rings on the crow skull that attach to the bracelet part are very fragile. If you get it caught on anything at all, it'll just fall apart sadly."
