"Such a beautiful dress. Wore it during the heatwave and kept me so cool! Thought I could also wear a t-shirt or top under it for a different look or in cooler weather so very versatile. I don’t have much of a chest so didn’t fit as well there as the rest of the dress, was a little gappy under the arms (that’s the reason for 4 stars - as I don’t have the skills to take things in!!), but fit very well round my waist. I’m between a size 14-16 depending on where I shop, and went for a size 14, which I’m pleased about due to the fit round the chest. Overall very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!"

"I like this dress a lot. It is light and flowy. The silhouette is very flattering, and it fits very well. The downside is that the fabric is a little flimsy and wrinkle-prone. I have to steam it before I wear it, which is not a big deal for me, but be aware. Also a note on the bodice: If you are ample-chested like me, it is a bit tight around the chest. I can wear it without a bra and perfectly fine."

"This dress is really cute. Love the cut, style, and look. Read the reviews about sizing being large and ordered a size down (10). Dress came, tried it on and it fits perfectly BUT it is 100% cotton. So be careful when ordering the size. I will have to handwash this dress so there is no chance of it shrinking in the wash. It is also slightly transparent. Will probably have to wear a slip underneath."

Q&A

I'd like to know the waste measurement for the Blythe handkerchief hem midaxi dress and the Reckless Check mini pinafore dress in a us size 6, but have been unable to get ahold of you for two days. I have about a 28.5" waste, am fit for my age group, and am not yet comfortable trusting your sites assessment of my size. If I'm an 8 in your brand I'm fine with that, but have never worn an 8 and would rather double check with measurements before making a larger purchase for me. Thank you for your time! -Molly
