Dispatch times

  • Express UK orders placed before 10pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same working day (Mon-Fri)
  • All other UK orders will be dispatched the same or next day (Mon-Sun)
  • International orders will be dispatched the same or next working day (Mon-Fri)

Refused deliveries

If you refuse a delivery, you're responsible for:

✔️ Original shipping charges
✔️ Return postage costs to Disturbia

This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won't be refunded.
