"I’m not sure why this is described as 100% cotton, it feels like a rain poncho type of material. It sounds like plastic and feels very cheap. it really doesn’t seem well made. I feel that at this price point, you shouldn’t feel like you are wearing something that will slick the rain away. It does fit true to size and has a cute print I just don’t know if I can vibe with how the material feels and sounds. This is my first real disappointment with the quality of item from this site."
