Dispatch times

Orders are picked and packed 7 days a week, and are dispatched Mon-Fri.

Order before 19th December for Standard Christmas Delivery and before 23rd December for Express Christmas Delivery.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse a delivery, you're responsible for:

✔️ Original shipping charges

✔️ Return postage costs to Disturbia.

This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won't be refunded.
