"Another miss with the overall quality for how expensive these bags are. My bag is not shaped like the one in the model stock photo. It won't lay straight and has a weird bend to it no matter what I do to adjust the straps/buckle. There is a good amount of room on the inside for a wallet, phone, makeup etc."
