Trousers long returns problemmatic

"I ordered these for my daughter 5'4". First pair too large 2nd pair still too long. Even with platforms shoes they were extremely long and required tailoring. The first pair was too large and I am still trying to complete a return which has been unsuccessful so far. Emails to customer service take about 24 hours before getting a response. Company won't provide a return shipping label and I'm getting errors trying to complete the return online."
