"I absolutely adore this dress. Got it to wear to work during spooky season and this will definitely be a staple in my wardrobe going forward. I wasn't sure about sizing since this was my first Disturbia purchase - I've gained weight and can't really gauge what size I am from brand to brand - so I erred on the side of caution and went with my larger of my measurements (I'm between a 4-6 depending on fit/fabric) and while I probably would have been fine with a 4, the 6 still looks good, is very comfortable, and gives me some more breathing room. I love the puffed sleeves and the tie waist is great (Miss Peregrine moment? Yes please!) Only issue is the collar...why is it so big?? I had an additional 3 inches of space around my neck and had to take it in. Besides that, and the dress not having pockets - seriously it would have been MAGICAL with pockets - I freaking love this dress. Disturbia, please keep this style and release it in more colors/prints and with pockets!! <3"

"Love this dress. I find the cut to be very flattering as it’s more fitted on top with the skirt hiding my tummy 👍 The sleeves add a bit of drama making it look less casual and more gothy. A very easy outfit to throw on and look put together. The material comfortable and I found the dress to be true to size."

Is the waist fitted without the belt? Trying to determine fit and whether I should go by bust of waist.
Hi Pj, On the Skeleton Collar Midi Shirt Dress, the fit is a flattering fit and flare shape with a waist defining belt. The belt will draw in the dress at the waist, but would remain quite loose fitting when the belt is not tied.
