Reviews

Nice

"It's very nice - it's cotton fabric, it has pockets, it runs true to Disturbia's size chart. I got cautious with the size as there is no stretch in the waist and chest area and so I sized up, but I should've stuck to my usual Disturbia size. I can now wear a sweater underneath though :D"

"LOVE this dress. Normally a 10 but bought an 8 and it fits well for small chest. Great colour and fabric, so comfortable. Got lots of compliments on this."

"Super cute and comfy dress, perfect for summer or to layer up for the colder months"

Adorable

"I was looking for a casual dress, I could wear on a daily basis with sneakers. This apron dress is ideal for this. I like it both with and without a t-shirt. Size wise, only uk8 was available. It's a bit big in the chest area, otherwise a good fit. For someone with bigger breasts will be perfect!"

"Gorgeous! A bit tight on the bust!"

DHK (5/5)

Lovely dress, with annoying placement of zipper.

"I’m 5’7 and usually wear size 16/18 UK size, I have broader shoulders, so ordered 16 and 18 for comparison. Decided to keep 18 as 16 was slightly too tight around the bust (42C). 18 was better, but there was a slight amount of room around the bust, but after the first wash that disappeared (something to be mindful of!). One snag is the zipper under the left armpit, I found that quite irritating, so will have to come up with a way for it not to rub on my arm."

Checked dress

"Very soft flowing material. I really wanted to like this however it just sat too high on the chest for me. Needed to be a bit lower for my body type to avoid looking matron-esque. I brought a size 18 and I am usually a 18. The material is also LOVELY."

Perfect for work and everyday

"This pinafore dress is perfect for multiple occasions. It looks great when worn with a t-shirt underneath."

Meh

"I need to look at it in daylight to get a better look at the fabric & what it looks like but in terms of size & ease of wear I’m not really happy. It’s probably not meant for my figure, as I have a large belly & things. A bit loose on armpit and straps but I think I size down would have been too tight on nipple and belly area. I didn’t know about the zipper at the side. Is that how all their dresses are? It’s impossible to put on, as I can’t see it at that location and it just eats into the fabric & can’t be moved. A flat area like the back would have probably given it better support. Since it’s loose with no supper at Hour glass area, it’s impossible to position the zipper in a way to easily zip it shut. Even that alone is a nuisance and not worth it, if all their dresses are like this. Thanks to Brexit, can’t return. Too risky to shop. 💔 Would be better, if they had other locations, too. I think it would have needed more fabric to look good on me but also I’m obviously not the same person as in the picture, so maybe it just doesn’t suit me in general. I feel more like a peasant than an alternative sub culture girlie in it. Need to look in daylight, like I said. Also, I think due to size of belly, the belt is far too short to create such a ribbon, me thinks. I didn’t like that it needed a zipper at all. Killstar doesn’t use zippers and their stuff fits me better."
