You can cancel any pre-order as long as it's before stock has arrived with Disturbia. Once stock has arrived, your order cannot be cancelled and it would need to be returned as outlined in our Returns Policy

Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, Mon-Fri.

Subscription
- You need to be a registered Disturbia customer to subscribe to Premier Delivery.
- Add Premier Delivery to cart and purchase to use right away.
- Premier Delivery cannot be purchased using flexible payment methods.
- Premier Delivery is valid for 12 months from the sign up or renewal date, and will show automatically at checkout after purchase.
Orders & Delivery
- You must be logged into your Disturbia account to use Premier Delivery.
- Please select 'Premier Delivery' when choosing your shipping option at checkout.
- Orders must be placed by 8pm to receive next day delivery, and area restrictions may apply.
- Cut-off times and services may change or experience slight delays during peak periods or Bank Holidays.
- If a Next Day service is not available, then your order will be sent standard delivery.
- Areas such as the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland may take up to 3-5 working days.
- Premier delivery is only available to UK addresses.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your Disturbia Premier Delivery subscription within 14 days of subscribing and a full refund will be provided you have not made any purchases using Premier Delivery shipping methods.
- Your subscription will renew automatically, you can cancel your subscription anytime in your customer account.
- Once your subscription has been cancelled, you'll no longer be able to use the Premier Delivery shipping method at checkout.
- Premier Delivery is for personal use only, subject to our fair use policy. Your account may be terminated with a pro-rata refund issued in cases of misuse.

We aim to process your return within 48 hours of receipt. However, this can take up to 5 working days during busier periods. Forever grateful for your patience!
Funds should be returned to you 72 hours after processing your return.
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, 2 for £20, buy one get one 50% off) you will be refunded the full price of the item, minus any discount given in the offer.
If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy offer, then you’ll refunded with the full multi-buy value.
Labels for initiated returns that are not passed to the return carrier within 14 days will be cancelled, please ensure you post your return within 14 days of creating your label.
