Loveky jacket but the dye used is an issue

"I have this in the check version and wear it all the time, I got this when j seen they done it in black but theres an issue with it, whatever dye is used leaves a really bad scent on the fabric, which doesn't go away when washed. Ive tried everything to remove it. Its such a shame as its an amazing jacket but I cant wear it. After purchase I read the reviews and seen someone else had the same issue so maybe its a certain batch? Id have returned but hoped washing would make the scent go away and now I cant return it. Such a shame as its lovely."

Not the jet black that is pictured in the ad. . .

"I have this Trellis jacket in the wool blend version as well. I would say that the denim version runs somewhat more normal in terms of size. The wool blend was huge. I wish that the denim had more structure to it. So that the sleeves would stay up if you decide to fold them up on a hot day. I also did not expect the material to be as thin as it is. The color is shown as jet black in the ad. Sadly that's not the case in real life. I have seen some reviews talking about a distinct smell. but my jacket had no odour that stood out to me."

"I was pretty excited when I saw the denim version and it does not disappoint. It looks so good and I love how versatile this jacket is going to be. It’s great quality too and I do kind of like that the buttons are actual buttons rather than snap ons. I feel like it gives it a bit of a better look, but I will say that they were HARD to unbutton the first time. I’m thinking that may get easier with time but if not, still worth it lol."

"I bought the Trellis Hooded Pocket Denim in black and I absolutely loved it! I sadly had to return it after a week due to the smell. I can't even describe how awful the smell was. It sat in my closet for about a week and the smell spread throughout my whole house. I've bought lots of clothing items from Disturbia in the past and they've never smelt as chemically bad as this jacket did."
