Love the pants, Hate the Exchange

"First off, I just want to say that these pants are exactly as described. They are beautiful, and are great quality. My only issue is that they ended up being too big in the waist. I filled out the "what's my size" questionnaire, and it recommended a size 6. I knew it didn't have an elastic waist band, so I trusted what it recommended. They ended up being about 3 inches too big in the waist, and because of that, they don't sit as a high rise pant and are very long on me. For reference, I am 127lb, 5'1", and live in the US. I probably should have gone through the page about exchanges more carefully (I did read through but it was buried in the many paragraphs), and was surprised to see that after paying shipping to receive it, I also had to pay shipping (another $8) to exchange it. I would love to continue to order from this brand, but without being able to try it on in person, it makes me hesitant to order from them again. Just a word of warning to anyone who is looking to buy anything that could be hit or miss with sizing to be better prepared than I was! Spending $91 on a pair of pants (in this economy!! lol) should come with a chance to exchange it free of charge. I do hope that this policy is changed, because I am obsessed with almost everything on this website. If I had known it was going to be an extra charge for exchanging to find the right fit, I wouldn't have taken the chance. I will say that the pants were epic enough for me to go ahead and exchange, but just beware of the extra costs if it doesn't fit."
