"The Velen Cut Out Chain Harness is honestly one of those pieces that immediately makes an outfit look better. I wore it with the Millicent Chain Front Midi Dress and it gave the whole outfit that darker, slightly dramatic look without being too much. I love the chain detail and the cut-out style because it feels edgy but still wearable.
