Disappointing sleeve fit, but outstanding customer

"I was really looking forward to this top because the design is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the pattern design for the sleeves is defective—they are way too narrow and have no stretch at all, making it unwearable for me despite ordering my usual XS. ​On a positive note, I reached out to customer support and received a response right away. They kindly offered to refund the blouse in full, including the original delivery costs and the return shipping fees. I hope the refund goes through as promised! Great customer service for an otherwise disappointing item."

Victorian fairytale

"Got this beauty to wear with my corset tops I got here and it does not disappoint it is perfect with all of em, it scratches the arms a bit but it's just my first time in it e. g when I first tried it on it tode ip yo my bra a lot but wearing it for this evening with my corset it's normal just a little sharp on the mid/elbow part of the arms but I'm not taking stars off for that coz it is still a perfect fit and very beautiful on me too."

"I took size 38 which I usually wear, was only worried chest might be a bit tight. Turned out the bodice part was perfect, but the narrow part of the sleeve is actually extremely narrow. I was worried I would have to cut it to takie it off."
