"This ring is far too expensive for how cheaply made it is. I love the bug motif and it's a very original piece, HOWEVER it began turning my finger green with a single day of wear. I didn't wear it to shower, or sleep, and I wasn't hard on it AT ALL. Save your money and buy something that's not a cheap alloy that'll last less time then it takes to make the money to buy it."

Pretty beetle, not actually plated—> green finger

"I would have said I love this a week ago, but my finger is now green after less than three weeks of wearing it. Whatever light “plating” is on this seems more like paint put on, except rub and buff would have lasted longer. Very disappointed, because the beetle on the front is still so pretty. But the part that used to be gold on the band doesn’t have a layer difference between where the base metal is now showing through, which means this was not plated in any lasting way. I wish they had put more time and effort into making this more than what amounts to costume jewellery; it’s overpriced for what it is, but if they do actually make this with gold that lasts I’d pay more."

"Like a piece of jewelry from an ancient tomb, this ring is a work of art - a mini painting or a tiny window into nature on your finger. It’s detailed and delicate but well-made. The paint on mine is lighter than pictured, but not an issue. It looks great as a statement piece for the center finger. I got the foxglove bangle to match and would love more pieces in this collection. Treat yourself to this piece of art. Great price for 22k plated gold. As an extra touch, the care instructions come as a little rhyme."
