"Ordered using their size chart, but this item (along with a second product in the same order) was far too big. Since international exchanges aren't allowed, the only option I was given was to return them at my own expense and reorder with full shipping fees again. On top of that, the original promo code had ended, meaning I was expected to pay a higher price plus double shipping just to get the right size. Customer service refused to honor the original price or assist in any way. Copy-pasting generic replies to negative reviews like "we hear you and are working to improve" is just lip service. Take real accountability through your actions, not empty words."
"I am simply delighted with this trench coat, the embroidery is simple but powerful, the length of the coat is perfect and it is very well made. I am size 16 and there is plenty of room to wear a thick jumper! And the bonus for me, I redeemed some of my points, so it was more affordable :) What is it not to love?"
"I was looking for a new trench coat to wear during spring and autumn and this one was just perfect for me. I love the embroidery with the skull flowers, it's so chic! The quality is also very good, 100% cotton and very comfortable to wear. The only thing that would make it perfect would have been if it was waterproof. I just advise you take a size smaller mostly if you don't want to wear thick layer under it. Otherwise it is perfect!"
