Still waiting for refund

"I had high hopes for this jacket. Quick delivery. But massively oversized and too much polyester. Returned for a smaller size which was sold out. Ok fine. But was given a gift card instead of refund. Email said a refund instead was fine. Will sort it asap. Many emails later. Still no refund. Would not recommend. Sorry"

"I love this coat. It is an amazing style and sooo unique. It’s not thick or the best quality tbh but the style saves it. It will get worn lots. Based on reviews I took a risk and got a size 6 as that was all that was left, I am usually a 10/12, but I can pull it off. So if you temper give the 6 a try."

"This coat is just amazing, it’s long enough in the sleeves and length which sometimes I have trouble with, it’s so warm and makes you feel fabulous! I’ve had so many compliments about it, it may be my all time favourite Disturbia purchase. I got the 12 as other reviews said it runs large, I usually side up for coats. It is plenty big enough!"
