ORDERS

• How do I order?

When you have made your selection, choose your size, and click ‘Add To Cart’. If you are ready to complete your purchase navigate to the Shopping Cart icon at the top right menu, and select your Delivery service. Then either select ‘Checkout’ to pay via card, or choose Paypal, Amazon Pay or Clearpay, to be led through the checkout process.

• Can I amend my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1 working day, so if you need to amend your order for any reason, please email us ASAP at orders@disturbia.co.uk

• Where is my order confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after an order is placed. If you use Hotmail or Gmail please check your Junk folder for your confirmation, in case your Settings send it there!

• How long will it take it receive my order?

Delivery timescales can be found here.

Express delivery orders placed before 2pm GMT are shipped same day.

Standard delivery orders are shipped within 1-2 working day.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, please contact us with your Order Number at orders@disturbia.co.uk

• How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

We will notify you by email with dispatch and tracking information when your order has shipped.

• Can I make a phone order?

• How do I know what size to buy?

• Who pays customs fees?

Customs fees are levied by the government of the country that the goods are shipped to, and are out of our control. As is industry standard, all custom/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amazon Pay, Maestro, JCB, American Express and Clearpay. If you're outside of the UK, your exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.

• Can I shop in a different currency than British Pounds?
