Where is my order confirmation email?

You should receive an order confirmation within a few minutes, but if you use Hotmail or Gmail please check your Junk folder for your confirmation!

Can I shop in a different currency than British Pounds?

Yes! Click the 'Change Currency' link at the middle top of the Home page, and you can change the site currency to US, Canadian, Australian Dollars, Euros or Yen. Currency conversion is provided only as a guide and your order will be billed in GBP (shown when you view your basket). Conversions do not include credit card fees or other charges, and may differ from the exchange rate used by your card provider or PayPal. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and American Express. If you're outside of the UK, your exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.

How do I make a return or exchange?

How do I know what size to buy?

Each product has it's own dedicated Size Guide located beneath the product description. If you're still unsure, drop us an email at orders@disturbia.co.uk

I'm a buyer, how do I stock Disturbia in my store?

Email wholesale@disturbia.co.uk with a brief description of your store. Including web address, shipping address, other brands stocked, etc.

Who pays customs fees?

Customs fees are levied by the government of the country that the goods are shipped to, and so are out of our control. As is industry standard, all custom/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
