Shoes are fine but the front adornments snap

"The shoes themselves are good, relatively comfortable but if you have wider feet you may want to size up. My main issue is how fast the adornments break, it's actually shocking. I've barely worn them (a few outings, only totalling to roughly 25hrs of use) and the adornment on the front left snapped in half, right down the d on the disturbia logo and the right is already cracking in the exact same place. For the price of these shoes - they literally should not be doing this. I have attached pictures of the left with a failed mend attempt and the right shoes crack in the exact same place. First and last pair of shoes from new rocks."

Beautiful and detailed

"I have always admired New Rock boots but never owned a pair. I saw this collab with Disturbia and felt these ones were made for me! I'm usually a size 5. 5, I went with size 5 and even they feel a bit roomy, but perfect fit with some thick socks. I thought I would only wear them on special occasions as they are heavier than normal boots but I have been able to wear them on regular days too to elevate the outfit. Tip - tie a knot in the laces when you get them to avoid losing the metal on them as it can easily slip off otherwise. Love the boots!"

"Love the boots and they feel amazing quality as expected of both New Rock and Disturbia. The only thing I found a little strange is that in the pictures you can see metalwork on the front and back of the boots, however they’ve arrived and only have a tiny piece on the outer side on the sole. This is okay, but I find it a little strange to present them with the extra details which aren’t going to be present when you receive them. They are still beautiful boots though and I’m overall very pleased!"

"These boots are amazing. Just exactly to be expected from New Rock amazing quality without a doubt. Disturbia’s concept and designs are just so beautiful. What a great collab! At first I was really worried and skeptical because there were comments about missing, broken or flawed pieces on these. Be very careful of these comments many of them weren’t verified purchases and they had no photos to show these “flaws”. The timeframe of the comments vs the release time vs the delivery also meant it would be impossible for them actually have the boots."

Be careful with sizing!

"I adore them, HOWEVER, the sizing is so off! I got the largest size because usually I'm (in AU) a womens 11, men's 9, or EU 42ish. I thought these would be a pretty tight fit but I'd make do - turns out they're enormous! I have way to much room at both heel and toe. I even measured myself to match the sizes on the New Rock website. So I guess this doesn't provide a solution to the problem, but just beware. Otherwise, they're gorgeous! And way more lightweight than I expected. I hope they'll still stand the test of time. I love them."

"I purchased these Nyxx boots and the Mary Janes from the collection as my first New Rock boots, and after 15 years of wearing doc martens - I’m never going back.
