"This is my first time buying a pair of earrings, and at first it went wrong. Basically when my order arrived and discovered that one of the earrings was missing and I was mad. So, I contacted them and showed them photos of what went wrong and instantly they came back to me, apologized for the mistake and got me a new pair of earrings.
