Beautiful item, poorly made waist

"I really love this skirt, the fabric is beautiful - but was extremely disappointed how poorly the elastic waist band was made. The elastic wasn’t secured well and too thin for how heavy the material is for it to not be sewn into the seam, causing the waist to not sit flat and constantly roll. Fortunately I had already purchased a larger than necessary size with plans to alter the waist so it was more flowy over my stomach. *note* my photos attached are after alterations have been made to the waist to a much larger size than I usually wear"

"The waist band is a real shoddy piece of work. Although you might be able to fix that if you have some experience sewing (and a sewing machine), the quality of the skirt is just not good enough for nigh on €50 - a shame, because the fabric is lovely. I'd been warned about Disturbia being on the decline: from my experience thus far, the quality's very inconsistent. Some pieces are worth the cost, some are definitely not."
