"Das Hemd ist toll und qualitativ hochwertig,aber ich hätte es gerne umgetauscht Und da fängt das Problem an,denn man kann bei euch nichts umtauschen sondern nur zurückschicken und neu bestellen,so daß man jedesmal,wenn etwas nicht passt erneut die Versandkosten bezahlen muss. Euer Kundenservice ist durchweg auf englisch,was mich etwas nervt denn so perfekt beherrsche ich die Sprache nicht,daß ich spezielle Ausdrücke der Richtlinien,die ihr habt sofort verstehe,also muss ich mit einem Wörterbuch hantieren. Warum könnt ihr nicht einen Kundenservice in der jeweiligen Landessprache einrichten wenn ihr dort verkaufen wollt ? Ich finde eure Klamotten toll,werde aber nicht mehr so oft bestellen,denn auch eure Preise sind hochwertig und die Kosten werden jedesmal erhöht,wenn etwas nicht passt und ich es umtauschen möchte. Schade !"

"Top is perfect paired with the matching trousers or with jeans! The black on black embroidery gives it that elevated feel and I love the flat collar - far more flattering than one that sticks up! I bought a 12 rather than my usual 10 in tops as it fits perfectly as sometimes disturbia tops can be tight around the bust and wanted to make sure it wasn’t too short."
