Complaint about our recent order

"Hello, We are writing to express our strong dissatisfaction with our recent order. The packaging was extremely poor: the teapot and mug were not properly protected, and everything arrived upside down and in complete disorder inside the box. As a result, one of the items was broken upon arrival. This is very disappointing, especially considering the price of your products. We expected much more care and professionalism in the handling and packaging of fragile goods. We kindly ask what solution you can offer to compensate for the broken item. Another rushed paint job from this company

"Was so looking forward to this mug, knowing it was mushroom themed and hand painted. . . but this is once again another rushed job to get a bulk out asap. This has clearly not had enough coats of paint on it, so the weak brushstrokes in this one particular area stand out so much. Returned as I would not pay £20 for this, I'd expect to find it in a charity shop not much less and be happy but not £20. Disappointed."
